I don’t use an encryption programme for emails and they are potentially vulnerable to being seen accidentally. With this in mind it’s advisable to keep communication brief and avoid including detail you wouldn’t want to be seen.

As I mentioned earlier, the initial meeting is an opportunity for both of us to get a sense of whether we can work together. If we do not proceed I will not charge for this appointment.
